remains one of the finest examples of Gothic
architecture of its time. Now beautifully converted,

restaurant that overlooks the stunning gardens,
guests can enjoy modern French and Mediterranean
cuisine from Michelin-starred chef, Robert Clayton,
under the direction of the Restaurant Manager,
Vito Scaduto. Fine traditional fabrics, antique
furniture and objets d'art add refinement to
the 28 sumptuous bedrooms and five luxurious
suites. The responsive service from the friendly
team coupled with the sense of space in both
house and garden make this a haven of relaxation.
