As one would expect from their names Gigli 3 is very near Gigli 4, in the same verdantly peaceful residential area, just a stone’s throw from Costa Rei’s clean sea – in fact guests of Gigli 3 will chance upon the clear blue waters just down a short 120 metre long pathway.

Well worth a visit is another beach a little further south of Costa Rei, at Cala Sěnzias – this has the brightest white sand backed by shady forest and, behind that, great craggy hills – a spectacular backdrop for a dip! Gigli 3 is a detached bungalow with its own separate entrance and off-road parking.
White stuccoed walls and terracotta tiles keep the heat at bay. The garden is a delight with an impressively green lawn and bougainvillea and oleander bushes in vividly colourful profusion – the covered terrace at the front overlooks this exotic scene.

Location
The private parking area, a barbeque and a covered terrace are to the rear of the property. To the front is another covered terrace, ideal for outside dining. The numerous shops, restaurants and bars, as well as the more essential facilities of banks and chemists, of Costa Rei are all a short walk away. Gigli 3 is charmingly furnished and all windows have insect screens.

Main entrance, via a covered terrace, into a large cool sitting/dining room with open fireplace, off which one doorway to the kitchen and another doorway to the bedrooms.
Compact kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, sink unit, 4 gas rings and electric oven, doorway to the rear. Washing machine payable locally. A compact and immaculate shower room, WC etc.
One double bedded room and two twin bedded rooms.

Arrivals after 12th August 2006 must be for a minimum two week stay.The cost of hiring a cot is Euro 50 per week payable locally. The cost for the washing machine is Euro 50 per week. Late arrivals after 20:00 are charged at Euro 20 payable locally. There is a final cleaning charge of Euro 80 payable locally.
